GAAHHH THIS TURNED OUT HORRIBLE >.>

ugh, anyways, heres a little mordaret thing goin on, and i made a little story to go with it:

~ Love Is In the Air~

Mordecai was till tingly from the dance he had just shared with his crush margaret, she smiled in delight as he spun her and guided her with his hands, making the dance a realy fun,energizing one to remember. Margaret looked up to him.

"well, i think you showed me some pretty good moves mordecai, that was really fun." She smiled. Mordecai grinned,
"well, i told you i got moves."
the robin giggled. Mordecai walked up to the boombox as he thanks the man who lent it to them. "well, we should get going-"

"umm, mordecai?" her voice stopped him, he glanced to her.
"do you think, we could do one more dance? I dont know, dont mean to get greedy and all, i just want an extra present." She blushed. Mordecai had almost been taken aback. SHE wanted another dance, With HIM? He stammered. "uhm, y-yeah, sure, that sounds fun." He turned it to another track, a bit slower than the others. He walked up to her, uneasily. He tingled when she got closer than expected, and she placed her hands on his shoulders. W-Was she wanting a slow dance? He perspired at the thought of it. He smiled and placed his hands on her rounded hips, now almost jumping with delight at the thought of another dance. The took a few steps to get the beat, and went into a graceful, dance, as smooth as cream. They laughed and blushed. Margaret giggled a bit more as she got a bit closer to him and placed her wings on his chest, there beaks almost touching. mordecais eyes popped a bit, but he held back in suprise and got closer to her in return. They were realy into the dance, flowing through in a slow, almost romantic beat. margaret smiled.

"well, i guess you were right, you really got good moves, mordecai."
"id say the same for you, margaret." he replied calmly.

she sighed.

"im really glad you came, mordecai, it was really sweet of you."

He nodded. "trust me, you are the kindest chick i know, you needed another friend around."

"yeah, friend.." she mumbled, just enough for the jay not to hear. She realeased another sigh, and rested her head next to his, inching closer to him, feeling his rapidly beating heart. They slow danced, romanticly. Mordecai felt so good inside. He felt so good to have her by his side, and he was almost sure she liked her. He knew this was the perfect time,
"umm, margaret?" Mordecai asked sheepishly. Margaret looked up.
"yes?"
"umm," he rubbed the back of his head. " I need to tell you something..."
"yeaahh?" Margaret narrowed her eyes, but the smile didnt escape her face.
"I, i like you." Mordecai managed.
The robin the was encased in mordecais arms giggled. He blushed madly. Will she say no?
"this is really fun mordecai, we should definetly do this again." Margaret didnt say anything about the comment. She and him continued to dance, leaving mordecai puzzled. What did that mean, 'do this again'? was it a date or a group thing, or, what?
About another 5 minutes passed of slow dancing, the music had stopped at least ten minutes ago, but they were too focused on having a good time to care. Finaly, they released eachothers grip
and looked face to face to eachother.
"well, we should get going, then, again..." Mordecai mumbled. Margaret stood next to him a bit close, and they found rigby and eileen laughing and having as much fun as the two birds did. Rigby and eileen went into seperate cars, waiting for their friends as mordecai and margaret slowly walked out of the club.
Margaret looked over at mordecai her face full of sincerity.
"Thanks for the good time, for like the hundereth time." she giggled. mordecai nudged her affectionaltey. "no problem."
they stopped at the exit, and right when they were about to open the door margaret turned the blue jay towards her, and quickly kissed him on the beak, a blush covering almost their whole faces. margaret hugged him.
"i like you too, mordecai." She whispered.
Mordecai felt so much joy he couldnt hold it in, he hugged her tightly.
"i -i um, ill see you later then..." were the only words he could manage out of him mouth at the time, still savoring the little peck on his beak.
Mordecai got in the cart. Rigby looked over to him. "what took you so long?"
Mordecai looked over to him. and back to the road.
"all i can say rigby, is love is in the air...."

i know, the dress isnt the same as the one in the ep, but i wanted another dress on her, didnt like the original one. :3
